Objective Problem:
Phones are too noisy and distracting nowadays.
The Apple Watch Ultra (AWU) has the important capabilities of a phone [Calling / Texting / Music] (and I already own it) and it still is part of the Apple ecosystem.
Material / Manufacturing Process:

Assembly information:
Multiple components constrained to limited space
Mates were done to ensure proper placement of gear-train
Constraints:
AWU does not have a camera, flashlight, or headphone jack to allow it to fully replace a phone
AWU has a particular design style that needs to be accommodated to still allow for crown turning and button pressing.
Engineering Design Process:
Designed around the idea of an old iPod with the intent to have most features desired in modern phones.
Cad and analysis:
Sled for all of the components
Housing for the watch itself
Geartrain for interfacing the crown from the front
